Firstly a very big welcome to Paul as our new member of Essex Fighting Arts who fitted straight in with the others. As Paul’s first training session he did excellent and was progressing nicely. We ran through some padwork initially to get him hitting things while keeping a guard and moving in the correct way, but his days of boxing many years ago held him in good stead. Then we moved on to hubud (5 for 5) with some figure 4 techniques leading to take down and also a couple of other panantukan techniques. Overall a great first training session and look forward to developing his skills further. Have a great week and see you all next week, Ouss…
