Initially we went through some single stick drills and disarms which are always good to drill back in and refresh the muscle memory. Then back into lockflow. I can't emphasise enough that repetition and practice are the key. Working this smoothly and seamlessly through each lock so again the muscle memory kicks into play. Once you have this, then we'll work both sides, left and right. Then work it from motion with hubud. It's not that you're actively seeking a particular lock, but if it presents itself then the muscle memory will kick in and recognise it.
